The rental process is the same for any flat you make an offer to rent on. You will need to satisfy the Owner or Property Agent of your immigration status and affordability to pay the rent. We will of course take you through this and explain this in detail when we submit your offer as to how to best present your offer and negotiate for the best terms.
This depends on whether you are in employment and can provide a proof of your income and salary. You will need to demonstrate to the Landlord or their Agent that you are able to pay the rent and pass suitable referencing or else they may request payment in advance.
To date we have not failed in finding someone suitable accommodation with our relocation service.
